Lyra Level 2 classes focus on learning transitions and explore fun tricks, finding the grace and ease to transition between them. Instructors will provide advanced conditioning exercises, as well as the opportunity for the student to learn dynamic movements and spin.

Students must be able to perform: Pull ups, trapeze mounts, and single knee hangs without assistance
