Apparatus: Double-point aerial hammock (non-spinning)

This course focuses on Restorative Aerial Yoga, using hammocks as a tool to create a sacred space within the body, mind, and spirit. There are 2 series offered:

1. Hip Height Series: A slow-moving Aerial Yoga flow that gently warms the body in preparation for deeper practice.
2. Low Hammock Series: Long holds in poses inspired by Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Additionally, you will learn Pranayama and meditation techniques to enhance your practice and teaching.

PREREQUISITES

This course is open to any teacher who is interested in adding a new skill set to their toolbox.

This course is perfect for passionate student to deepen their skill and practice.

Training Language and Materials

All teaching manuals are in English, with an optional Chinese version available for RM300. Training will be conducted in English, Chinese, or bilingually, based on participants’ preferences. For non-English-speaking global trainers, a bilingual (English-Chinese) translator will be provided.
