Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Series

Want to become an aerial yoga instructor? This course provides everything you need to lead safe and intelligent classes. Heavily inspired by traditional yoga practice, this program adds elements of eye-catching circus-inspired acrobatics. You won’t just explore poses and movements; you’ll dive deep into safety, anatomy, teaching and physical spotting skills, yoga philosophy, class structure, and planning.

Apparatus: Double-point aerial hammock (non-spinning)

Level 1:

Begin your adventure by laying a strong foundation in aerial yoga. This level focuses on essential skills and authentic poses, guiding you through 7 key series that empower you to move confidently and creatively in the hammock.

Level 2:

Elevate your practice as you blend traditional poses with eye-catching, circus-inspired acrobatics. This level encourages you to deepen your teaching skills and explore innovative aerial techniques, unlocking new dimensions in your coaching journey.
PRE-REQUISITES: Completion of Level 1 is essential.

Level 3:

Reach new heights in your teaching! This advanced course is designed for dedicated instructors and passionate students alike. Infusing authentic yoga philosophy with circus performing arts, you’ll refine your skills and elevate your practice to extraordinary levels.
PRE-REQUISITES: Completion of Level 1 & Level 2 is essential.

We are not looking to produce copies of our faculty; instead, we want to empower you to develop your own unique teaching style.

Training Language and Materials

All teaching manuals are in English, with an optional Chinese version available for RM300. Training will be conducted in English, Chinese, or bilingually, based on participants’ preferences. For non-English-speaking global trainers, a bilingual (English-Chinese) translator will be provided.
